NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION X (FORMERLY TWITTER), YOUTUBE, TIKTOK, FACEBOOK, AND INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).
The “PokePrize Giveaway 001” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. The Sweepstakes shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States federal and state laws.
Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not an eligible United States resident or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is independently administered by Clean Sweeps LLC (the “Administrator”). Clean Sweeps LLC will administer the Sweepstakes entry process and conduct the random drawing used to select the potential Grand Prize Winner.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry.
The Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
“Immediate family” includes spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
Non-eligibility or noncompliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
Void in Puerto Rico, United States territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
For purposes of these Official Rules, references to “Entrants” shall also include any Entrant who is deemed a Winner.
The Winner must be able to prove they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 28, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Additionally, Sponsor may announce one-day giveaways throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Any such one-day giveaway will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the applicable announced date unless otherwise stated.
The Sponsor’s and Administrator’s applicable records will be used to determine the timing and validity of Sweepstakes entries.
There are two (2) methods of entry.
a. Method 1 — Online Purchase
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make an eligible purchase through the Sponsor’s online shop at www.pokeprize.com (the “Website”) will automatically receive one hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries for every whole dollar spent, except where a different entry allocation is expressly disclosed for a particular product or promotional offer.
During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may offer increased entry multipliers, bonus entries, promotional entry offers, or other limited-time entry opportunities. The applicable entry amount, multiplier, promotional period and any material conditions will be clearly disclosed by Sponsor at the time the promotion is offered.
The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of the eligible purchase, excluding shipping and handling, unless otherwise expressly disclosed.
If a product is discounted or on sale, the entry amount will be based on the product’s sale price unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer.
All eligible purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period will generate entries for PokePrize Giveaway 001 in accordance with these Official Rules and the entry allocation disclosed at the time of purchase.
Fraudulent Purchase Activity
Any fraudulent activity in connection with this Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited.
It is fraudulent to purchase items for the purpose of obtaining Sweepstakes entries with the intent to return or reverse those purchases after obtaining the associated entries.
If Sponsor or Administrator identifies or reasonably suspects that an Entrant is engaged in this or other fraudulent activity, affected entries may be invalidated and the Entrant may be disqualified from this Sweepstakes and/or future Sweepstakes offered by Sponsor.
b. Method 2 — Mail-In Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may obtain Sweepstakes entries without making a purchase by legibly hand-printing the following information on a 3" x 5" card or paper:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Email address
Mail the completed card in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage affixed to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 23, 2026 and received by November 2, 2026.
Each valid mail-in entry received will be worth fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries.
If a qualifying mail-in entry is postmarked during an applicable Bonus Entry Period, it may be eligible for the corresponding promotional entry multiplier or bonus entry opportunity available during that period.
Where applicable, the Entrant must clearly write the applicable promotional multiplier or other required promotion identifier on the bottom left-hand corner of the envelope.
If the promotional period identified by the Entrant does not correspond with the applicable postmark date, the promotional bonus may be denied and/or the entry may be disqualified as provided in the applicable promotion terms.
Mail-in entry cards and envelopes must be hand-printed by the Entrant only.
Entrants may not use a third-party organization to assist with the mail-in entry process in any way, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator.
Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.
No correspondence or requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will be acknowledged.
Entry Requirements
To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information.
Proof that entry information was submitted through the Website does not constitute proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or Administrator.
Entries made by another individual or entity, or originating from another website, email address, sweepstakes subscription service or automated entry service, may be declared invalid and disqualified.
The use of automated entry devices is prohibited. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as otherwise provided herein.
By participating, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of personal information for administration of the Sweepstakes or otherwise in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

5. General Conditions
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned, including but not limited to:
- computer viruses or bugs
- tampering
- unauthorized intervention
- fraud
- technical failures
- other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or Administrator that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law and in coordination with Administrator where appropriate, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.
In such an event, Sponsor may award the Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received before the applicable cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, or by another method that is fair, equitable and consistent with these Official Rules.
Sponsor and Administrator also reserve the right to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Failure by Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
6. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize, including but not limited to:
- technical errors that may prevent submission of an entry
- unauthorized human intervention
- printing errors
- errors in administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries
- injury, death or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.
Released Parties assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications-line failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
Released Parties are not responsible for problems or technical malfunctions involving telephone networks or lines, computer systems, servers, providers, equipment, software, email delivery, internet congestion, Website operation or other technical issues associated with participation in the Sweepstakes.
Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees except where required by applicable law.
Entrants waive the right to claim damages including punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.
Except as expressly provided above, IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
California Civil Code Section 1542
Each Entrant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar applicable law are expressly waived to the extent permitted by law.
Section 1542 provides:
“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
7. Drawing and Notification
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted independently by Clean Sweeps LLC, the Sweepstakes Administrator.
The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about November 3, 2026.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by Sponsor and/or Administrator using the phone number, email address and/or mailing address associated with the selected entry.
8. Grand Prize
There will be one (1) Grand Prize available.
The Grand Prize Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive:
One (1) PSA 10 2021 Pokémon Sword & Shield: Evolving Skies Umbreon VMAX #215, commonly known as “Moonbreon.”
Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500 USD.
Maximum Total Prize Pool: $4,500 USD.
The stated ARV represents Sponsor’s good-faith determination of the approximate retail value of the Prize.
Collectible market values may fluctuate. If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV when the Prize is fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
Substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize is not permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any Prize component with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary and permitted by applicable law.
9. Additional Prize Conditions
By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.
The potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Sponsor and/or Administrator, within three (3) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release in order to claim the Prize.
The potential Winner may also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9.
The Affidavit may require the potential Winner to provide their Social Security Number to the Sponsor and/or Administrator solely for legally required tax-reporting purposes.
The Winner will be responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes associated with receipt of the Prize.
The value of the accepted Prize may constitute taxable income, and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the Winner’s name where required by applicable law.
The Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize after it is awarded.
If the Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, if the potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within twenty-four (24) hours from the first notification attempt, fails to return required documentation within the specified period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.
10. Publicity
By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to Sponsor and those acting pursuant to Sponsor’s authority the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide, in all media, the Winner’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration and without review, approval or notification.
The Winner also acknowledges that the Released Parties have not made and are not responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Prize.
11. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provisions that would cause another jurisdiction’s laws to apply.
By participating, Entrant agrees that:
- all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action.
- any judicial proceeding will take place in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Wyoming.
- claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, with no recovery of attorneys’ fees except where required by law.
- Entrant waives rights to seek punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits or multiplied damages to the extent permitted by applicable law. Entrant’s remedies will be limited to a claim for money damages, if any, and Entrant waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief to the extent permitted by law.
12. Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as though the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.
13. Miscellaneous
These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings, whether oral or written.
The headings are for convenience only and do not constitute part of these Official Rules or limit their provisions.
No amendment to or waiver of any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless made in writing and authorized by Sponsor and Administrator as applicable.
The waiver of any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
Entrants may not assign their rights or obligations under these Official Rules without prior written consent of Sponsor.
These Official Rules shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor, Administrator and Entrant.
14. Winner List
To request confirmation of the first name, last initial, city and state of residence of the confirmed Winner of PokePrize Giveaway 001, submit a written request within sixty (60) days following confirmation of the Winner to:

15. Third-Party Disclaimer
The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Professional Sports Authenticator (“PSA”), and their respective affiliates are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this Sweepstakes and are not associated with its administration.
References to Pokémon, Umbreon, Evolving Skies and PSA are used solely to identify and accurately describe the Prize.
This Sweepstakes is also in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform on which it may be advertised or promoted.
16. Scam Alert
Please protect yourself from scams.
If you are selected as a potential Winner, PokePrize LLC and/or Clean Sweeps LLC will contact you using the phone number, email address and/or mailing address associated with your eligible entry.
You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information or payment of any kind as a condition of receiving the Prize.
Any request for payment as a condition of receiving the Prize is a sign of a potential Sweepstakes scam.
PokePrize does not use social media direct messages to notify the Winner of the Sweepstakes.
The Winner is responsible for reporting taxable prize winnings and paying any applicable federal, state or local income taxes directly to the appropriate taxing authorities.
